Henkel Loctite 515 Gasket Flange Sealant Eliminator, removes preformed rubber, cork, and paper gaskets. It is a flexible, high viscosity sealant, used for ridged machine flanges with less than 0.015 inch gap. The anaerobic product is OEM approved and works well on metal substrates. Loctite 515 cures when used in an environment absent of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It seals between narrow fitting metal faces and flanges. Loctite 515 is well suited to be used as a form-in-place product in thermostats, transmission housings, axle covers, compressors, and a gasket for pumps.
