Loctite 495 Super Bonder Instant Adhesive is a single component, humidity cure, cyanoacrylate material designed to bond plastics, rubbers and metals. It can also bond polyolefins when applied with Loctite 7239 or Loctite 770. This clear general purpose super bonder complies with MIL-A-46050 Type II class I. Loctite 495 liquid is commonly used as a surface treatment material and sealant. The viscosity is 20 to 60 at room temperature, with a tensile strength of >=870 psi @ 22 degrees. Loctite 495 fix cure time is approximately 20 seconds, but full cure time is 24hrs at a temperature of 77 degrees.
